Our Story
Nestfinder was born from a simple observation: Lisbon's most characterful properties — the renovated apartments with original azulejo tiles, the townhouses with hidden gardens — were being lost in the noise of mass-market listing platforms.
We started as a team of three who shared a love for this city and its architecture. Each of us had spent years in the Lisbon property market, and we knew that the best homes here aren't found through algorithms. They're discovered through relationships, local knowledge, and an eye for quality that only comes from walking these streets every day.
Today, we curate a small portfolio of properties that meet our standards — homes where the renovation respects the building's history, in neighborhoods where community life thrives. We'd rather list thirty exceptional properties than three hundred ordinary ones.
